Clara is a Child & Adolescent Psychologist at Davies and Robertson Psychology, who also works at the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). She holds a Master in Psychology (Clinical) and has previous experience working as a psychologist in schools with the Department of Education and Child Development (DECD) and as a Research and Evaluation Officer.

Clara is passionate about helping young people overcome challenges and develop resiliency. Clara brings an open and curious mind to understanding a child’s perspective and situation. She is sensitive to a child’s developmental stage, likes and dislikes, and unique family dynamics. Clara uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Circle of Security Parenting Intervention and Attachment Focused Family Therapy. She also teaches strategies such as progressive muscle relaxation, social skills and emotion regulation techniques.
