Jane works collaboratively with clients and is committed to providing a compassionate and safe environment to assist clients in achieving their goals. She applies an approach that considers the complex interplay of biological,
psychological and social interactions in tailoring her treatment to the needs of the
client. She utilises evidence based approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, along with Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and mindfulness based modalities. She is continually learning and developing her skills.
Jane is also a Registered Nurse and has provided healthcare to individuals across
the lifespan in environments from Neonatal Intensive Care through to General Practice before becoming a psychologist. Her interests include:
