Jessica is a registered psychologist with experience in working with children, adolescents and adults across private practice, schools and government settings. She supports clients experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depressed mood, interpersonal difficulties and stress related to school, work or family life. Jessica has particular experience working with children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental differences, as well as adults navigating anxiety, mood concerns and relationship challenges.

Jessica’s approach is warm, flexible and client centred. She places a strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship and creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard and supported. Therapy is collaborative and paced to suit each individual, with a focus on understanding concerns and supporting meaningful change.

Jessica draws on evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and behaviour therapy. Her work is tailored to each client’s needs, goals and preferences, with a focus on developing skills and strategies that can be applied beyond the therapy room to support ongoing wellbeing.
