Amelia is a psychologist with experience working in government and private practice settings. She has completed a Master of Psychology (Clinical) degree from the University of
South Australia.
Amelia provides a collaborative, compassionate, and empathetic approach to therapy. She understands that a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship is key to assisting with the exploration of short-term difficulties and long-term negative life patterns, the reduction of symptoms and teaching new skills for change.
Amelia is committed to working from an evidence-based approach that is flexibly tailored to the individual needs and goals of her clients. She primarily practices within Cognitive
Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy frameworks.
