Katie is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working in government and private practice settings. She has completed a Master of Psychology (Clinical) degree from the University of Adelaide.
Katie brings warmth and empathy to her therapy sessions and is committed to helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves in a safe environment. She cultivates strong therapeutic relationships built on compassion, trust, mutual respect, and a sense of fun.
She utilises a collaborative and flexible approach, applying evidence-based interventions that are tailored to suit her client’s individual needs. This includes components from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema therapy and EMDR.
Katie is interested in working with clients across a wide range of concerns, including:
